  • Usually we choose express international delivery, such as EMS/DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX.
  • If needed or required, the cargo can be shipped as air cargo, by sea or by train.

  2. All the accepted currencies are USD, HKD, RMB, GBP, EUR, CAD, CHF, SGD, CNY, JPY, AUD, NZD.

  • You can contact us by email/Skype, or call us directly. Then we will communicate with each other and make your final decision.
  • We will make Proforma Invoice for you and make everything in order.
  • If everything is OK, you can pay for it by T/T(Bank Transfer), PayPal or Western Union.
  • After confirmed your payment by our accounting department, we will arrange the delivery.
  • We will tell you the tracking number when we get it from shipping company.

  • Yes, we offer OEM service. For customized logo and package, there would be a specific MOQ, which will be checked and confirmed in the actual situation.

  • For sample, the product cost and international freight fee would be charged.

  2. Please note the payer shall bear all the transaction handling fee for the payment.

  • Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
  • Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item(s) with new order for small quantity.
  • For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution, including recall according to real situation.

  • Yes, we can design, modify and develop the product, according to your requirement.

  • Generally the package would arrive in around 7 days after the shipment by express delivery.
  • If sent as air cargo, by sea or by train, it would takes more days, but in due time.
  • The actual time depends on the shipping type, receiving address, and other related factors.

  • There is NO required minimum order quantity.
  • If you need order more than 10,000USD or 500 pcs per model, you would enjoy a better quotation from us.

  1. Wrong or incomplete payment information will cause payment rejection. For bank transfer payment, please make sure the beneficiary name, bank name, SWIFT code, and beneficiary account number are PRECISELY input.
  2. For PayPal payment, please type our PayPal email account correctly.
  3. For Western Union payment, please write the beneficiary’s First Name and Last Name in the correct sequence.
  4. Please confirm that the payment amount and currency conform with the relevant order invoice.
How to track the shipping status of the purchased products?2019-10-28T10:32:59+08:00
  • After shipment, we will update you the cargo tracking number immediately when it comes out from our freight forwarder.
  • You could check the dynamic shipping status on the official website of the carrier.
  • You can simply go to our support>service>cargo track and input the tracking number to check the latest shipment status.

  • We would not charge extra fee other than agreed product price and corresponding shipping fee.
  • Meanwhile, we are not responsible for any bank charge of your payment.
  • The order price does not include custom tax.
  • Because of the complexity of different country custom tax policies, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax.

  1. Please email us the bank slip of the transaction to [email protected]
  2. It usually takes around 3 or few more days for the T/T bank transfer payment to arrive us.
  3. It usually takes around 10 minutes for the PayPal and Western Union Payment to arrive us.
  4. If the payment is rejected, we appreciate the payer to contact and ask his/her local bank to to make the transaction amendment.

  • Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown.
  • The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties.
  • Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country.
  • If in doubt, please check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering.
